Our White Glove Experience takes you from ‘test driving’ the gun of your dreams to a personalized hand-off like you’ve never experienced before:
- Demo one or multiple guns on the course
- Since we are a gun dealer, you can purchase on the spot and a brand new gun will be shipped
- As a licensed FFL, pick up your gun directly from us and receive a full review of everything, so you know your shotgun inside and out
- You receive a personalized gun fit
- We review best practices for cleaning and caring for your gun
Try It Before You Buy It
As a Pro Staffer with Passionate Outlaws we elevate the gun buying experience to a whole new level. We ensure you start by choosing the perfect gun for you with a ‘test drive’ on the course. Pick it up, put it to your face, feel the gun, load and shoot. Does that AHA moment happen! Does it feel like it was built for you! Not sure, shoot it again. And again. Maybe try another shotgun to see how that fits and feels.

Order & Receive
Once you’ve chosen your new shotgun the order is placed with Passionate Outlaws (dba for Xcel Shooting Sports – Kalispell, MT) right there at the course. We communicate shipping dates and get the order processed within hours and you receive an email confirmation with order details. Since we are ordering through Passionate Outlaws in Montana you automatically save any sales tax and local processing charges you would have paid, saving you hundreds of dollars automatically.
Personalized Gun Fit
Gun fit is key to your success and we take this very seriously. When you come to pick up your gun we spend all the time you need to have a proper gun fit. We take extra care with fitting ladies because that’s our specialty and since most gun fitters are men, they don’t know the nuances to properly fitting a gun to a woman’s physique. We have longer necks, higher cheek bones, more pronounced collar bones, different hand sizes and, most obviously, different chest configurations. Each and every piece of our make up needs to be taken into account to ensure proper gun fit. We take the time to ensure this happens and your gun fits you like a glove.
Hands-On Review
Together we take the gun apart and put it back together, so you know how to do it yourself when you get home. We step through everything that comes with your gun so you know

Clean & Care
Finally, we show you how to properly clean and care for your new shotgun. Maintaining your new investment is critical for its longevity and overall function, so we want you to be comfortable with what equipment and products to use and the right methods for cleaning and caring for your gun.
